# UPGRD® — The Construct Audit and The Work

## Two distinct audits

The free online Construct Audit (also called the Clarity Audit) is a 12-question
educational self-assessment across relationships, career, health, and money.
It produces a personal Clarity Report for reflection. It is not a validated
diagnostic instrument, employment assessment, or clinical test.

The Executive Clarity Audit is a separate private 45-minute conversation with
William Lam or a senior UPGRD® practitioner. Bring one real situation. The
conversation is designed to produce a specific read of the pattern, a map of
what is within your influence and what needs others or environmental change,
and an honest recommendation about fit. No program purchase is required.

## The work

The construct is the internal model through which a person interprets events.
UPGRD® Mental Programming works with learned responses through five phases:
Decide, Design, Resolve, Clarify, and Commit. Participants choose a concrete
behavior, practice it in real situations, and review what changed.

Organizational formats include executive one-on-one, leadership cohorts, and
team communication intensives. They complement existing leadership development
and are scoped separately, including delivery team, schedule, fees, support,
measurement, and reporting boundaries.

Individual programs include Self Development (Self, Others, World, VIP),
Business & Success, and personal relationship programs (Find The One and
Optimize Your Relationship). Current individual prices and terms are on The Work.
They are not corporate or per-seat prices; enrollment agreements define access.
Personal relationship work is separate from employer-sponsored participation.

## Evidence and boundaries

External research on prediction, learned responses, and team learning informs
the rationale. It does not establish UPGRD® efficacy, guaranteed outcomes, or ROI.
Observed practice, sponsor observations, and voluntary participant feedback are
reviewed separately. Private coaching and intimate details stay out of routine
sponsor reporting. Participation is voluntary; recording and AI use require
explicit agreement. Organizational problems may require organizational action.
