Founder William Lam
American Board Certified Master Practitioner

  • In March of 2015, William invested into training his mind. This training led him to unexpected personal discoveries. Driven by this these discoveries, he delved further into the trainings, eventually becoming an American board certified Master Practitioner and then Master Trainer.

  • In the following 2 years, he developed an innovative system for personal and professional advancement. This ultimately led to the founding of UPGRD in 2017. Now we have a prominent presence in the USA, Europe, and the Middle East.

2015

William begins investing into his mind, and testing the limits of what the mind can do for him

2016

William becomes a Master Practitioner & Trainer, began taking on one-on-one clients

2017 - 19

William founds UPGRD®, began training groups and teaching certification trainings to elite performers

2020 - 22

UPGRD becomes a hybrid online program. William becomes a Certified Master Trainer while developing his own set of protocols

2023

UPGRD is a prominent presence all over the world. The mission to upgrade humanity is in full swing
