I have seen ginger ale and white wine mixed together to make a poor mans champagne! I know it sounds weird but for a light weight trying to have a nip on a flight without getting drunk it was very requested alot. It was a popular drink mix on flights from EWR-MIA/FLL. Something different especially for the lightweights flying the "Kosher Klipper!" LOL
