Just wanted to say; THANK YOU!
I am VERY sorry to hear you were struck, and am amazed at the action of your Lead FA and even your Captain. I know you were in shock, but they should have done the right thing. I know if my FA was struck, I would ensure charges were filed against the passenger. I realize that the track record for airlines to ACTUALLY prosecute is pitiful, it at least puts the fear of God in the passenger for a little while, puts the flying public on notice, and it hoses the perps travel. There is no excuse for passengers getting violent, period.
