Overview: A better-than-average W hotel

As a whole, I love Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG). Their points are incredibly valuable, and I generally find their properties to be quite nice. However, one of the biggest benefits of being a Platinum member is also one of the biggest annoyances. We spent a few nights at the end of our trip to Bali at the Laguna in Nusa Dua. We split our time between the Laguna in Nusa Dua and the Bali Hyatt in Sanur.
