As I mentioned in my previous post, I have lots of photos from my visit to Oshkosh for EAA Airventure 2011. This post contains photos of some modern planes for the private market and some custom aircraft in the airshow. Upcoming posts will include military aircraft, primarily WWII era, as well as a lot of photos of the 787 Dreamliner.

Cirrus Vision SF50. Personal jet can be yours for a cool $1 Million.

Cirrus SR20 in the colors of my alma mater. Apparently the Aviation Technology department has a fleet of these planes for the flight instruction program.

Icon A5, a light sport aircraft

Cockpit of the A5. This plane will be sold for $139,000.

Pilatus PC-12. I believe this Swiss-made aircraft is the largest single engine plane for commercial use.

Twin Beech, aka C-45. Rather impressively acrobatic in the airshow.

Extra 330SC

Steen Skybolt

Super Salto Sailplane. Jet powered to allow for unassisted climbing to altitude

Edge 540 acrobatic plane.
