This is probably the shortest elite status podcast ever but we covered some listener questions about BMI Diamond Club. Since we recorded this last week there have been some changes - Fozz will be posting some updates on his blog about this soon.

I'm up to nearly 200,000 EQMs this year on United and have some domestic trips in paid First Class coming up next month. With more than enough miles to qualify for elite status for 2010,  I am having trouble deciding whether to credit my miles to United or to re-qualify for Gold status on British Midland.

Months ago, the United Red Carpet Club in LAX got a pretty big upgrade, in terms of food. Towers of cereal replaced the stale croissants. The bagels and toast were FINALLY complemented by a toaster.
