The LOT Polish airlines B767 that “crash” landed in Warsaw yesterday, skid down the runway on its belly, coming to a stop at the intersection of both the runways in Warsaw closing the airport for more than 24 hours.

I reported a few weeks ago about the new LOT Polish Airlines Lounge in Warsaw airport, I had the opportunity to spend a few hours in this new lounge this past weekend. In the past the Warsaw (WAW) airport only had contracted lounges, they were small, and over crowded as every airline used them. A few weeks ago LOT opened their first lounge! LOT the Polish Airline will be opening up their first owned and operated lounge name “Polonez”. The lounge in Warsaw will be a welcome addition to the airport.
