1,000 British Midland Diamond Club Miles for Brief Survey

British Midland is offering 1,000 Diamond Club award miles for taking a five-minute survey. The questions are geared primarily toward personal travel habits and BD's route map.

Dear Matthew

We'd like to know what you, as a valued member, think about Diamond Club and bmi. Therefore, we're offering you 1,000 bonus destinations miles, if you answer a few short questions by 27 April 2011, to help us maintain and improve our services.

There are only ten questions to answer, so it should only take five minutes of your time.

Share your thoughts with us.

We look forward to welcoming you onboard soon.

There is a space to leave personal comments and I expressed my disappointment that BD granted then promptly took back Star Alliance Silver status from hundreds of people, including readers of this blog.

On that note, it is not clear if the survey is targeted or not. Considering that it only took a few minutes to complete, I would fill out anyway.

It's been discussed ad-infunitum at Flyertalk and MilePoint.

Whilst the survey isn't targets as before, it will backtrack to a list of Diamond Club members who have been selected.

Bottom line: No invite, no points!

@Kevin: Thanks for the heads up. I wish BD wouldn't play these tricks.
