Today, in a Senator's Lounge in Munich, I decided to chat up a cute-enough agent to try to get free Wi-Fi.  In the German Senator's Lounges, Wi-Fi is free to First Class and Hon Circle members, and pay access for everyone else.  T-Mobile runs the service, and it is priced much like it was when Delta, United, and American were charging for the service in the US.

Here's the conversation, translated from German:

Me: Hi there, gorgeous.  Is Wi-Fi free for Star ...

Delta has thrown up a cool web page showing the progress of all the amenity updates - flat bed seating, in-seat entertainment in Y, Wi-Fi, etc.  The link is:

Just five minutes ago, there was no link structure leading to this page, so it is likely brand new.

Interesting enough: the A330s are included in the monitoring for flat bed seating.

Boredom is officially here for me, which sadly benefits you by way of another post.

After an epic fail of a weekend, I have a few thoughts for you.   Note to self, if you're going to keep working long jobs in Atlanta, make some decent friends.  Not cool to have no parties to go to on the sluttiest holiday of the year.  Not cool at all.

So things are not going so well in Honolulu right now.  Last year, around the same time as the NWA merger announcement, DL announced the closing of multiple Crown Rooms.  Some of them mattered almost not at all (like CVG and BOS, where there were multiple clubs) and some of them mattered just a little bit (like SEA, although AS always had the better club, and the World Club is there).  On the other hand, some of them have ended up being a fairly big deal - like ...
