Straight Guy in the Queer Skies

I'm Brian Easley and I'm happy to say I've never had a real job.  I started working as a Little League umpire at twelve, then various photography jobs during my teens, and in 1998 I got my current job as International Man of Mystery (flight attendant).  If my luck holds up I'll never know what the inside of an office building looks like, or what 9-5 feels like.

I recieved my Photojournalism degree from the University of Texas in December 1997, but less than a month after graduation I accepted my airline job.  I said the cliche thing we all say, "I'll just try it for a year or two, until I figure out what I really want to do with my life."

I love to travel, take photos, write, play sports, see live music, and get into adventures.  I try to live in Austin as much as I can but I'm based in New York City and constantly flying all over the world.

I hope you enjoy reading my blog.  I love writing it.  It gives me something to do while I sit in my hotel room and stare out the window.

I'm currently working on my first book.
