I can not express how impressed I was with the staff at the Hilton Sofia Bulgaria, never have I been to a hotel that every member of staff stood out as special. I think the staff follows the lead of the General Manager of this hotel, Mr. Jacques Brune. I was lucky to stay at the brand new Hilton Frankfurt Airport in Germany! WOW what an amazing place! When I walked into the lobby of the Hilton, I thought to myself this looks like a Hyatt.
