I don't know if you saw this on flyertalk or not, but AS is offering 4,000 mileage plan miles or a $100 e-cert if you give them feedback on their website over a phone or in person survey. However, you must take a questionnaire beforehand to be selected, but if you fill in the blanks right, I think you may have an AS rep calling you in a few months. I really hope they get the feedback they need to fix their website that has been totally buggy these last couple months. It's been bad...but at least not a .bomb ;)
